Team Goujitsu is an up and coming MMA team comprised of martial artists who have trained in a variety of Martial Arts, ranging from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. We believe that Martial Arts is for everyone and with Team Goujitsu nobody sits on the bench.
Our training program is not only designed to benefit anyone wishing to compete in MMA, Grappling events (Gi or No GI), but also those who are seeking to improve their physical fitness, as well as those who are looking for new challenges and those wishing to learn self defence. We set our training in a fun and friendly enviroment which is an effective way to ensure you get as much out of the classes as possible and build bonds with your team mates. With us you will see that we stand behind what we teach, because each and every team member giving instruction has competed and still compete in either mma, muay thai, boxing, or grappling tournaments (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling or No Gi).
